Dear Desert Diary,

I am sorry for the brief delay- I have been sitting on an entry for a while and wanted a few opinions on it before I posted it. The feedback has been mixed and people have been saying more often than not, "maybe don't post that"- nothing bad at all, but it may be the tone. When I return to the Australian shores one day- I'll publish the "never before" seen edition.

The entry was about things that typify Dubai- and gave examples of things that have happened to me over the past few months so that you can all have a little in on my life here. It was a beautiful account of things that are "so Dubai" or make a "Dubai moment". Perhaps this is one of them.
